RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising the daily operations of the Shopping Center and working with tenders on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the functionality and day-to-day operation of the Shopping Center.
- Representing the owner of the Shopping Center in the most proper way in any contact with the public authorities, utilities companies, tenants, business partners.
- Liaising and working with the tenants on daily basis.
- Preparing yearly operation budget.
- Promoting by marketing and advertising of the Shopping Center.
- Reporting to Company headquarters.
- Reviewing and analyzing of operation reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Driving licence B.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Place of Residence: Warszawa and surroundings.
