JOB SUMMARY:
The objective of the Teams Telephony – technical specialist position is to provide technical expertise and to manage the day-to-day Teams Telephony Environment in support of the End-User Services team.
Role scope:
- MS Teams Telephony management – backend & frontend
- Site configuration
- SIP trunk monitoring and troubleshooting
- License management
- o365, AAD, user & groups management
- Teams user support
Knowledge & experience
- Voice technologies including VoIP
- Networks troubleshooting
- End user devices and software
