Talent acquisition specialist / HR Specialist

Location: Warszawa

Your role in AsstrA:
  • Managing the recruitment processes in AsstrA EU Region;
  • Using various sources and recruitment techniques, including direct search on Linkedin, Job Boards and University sources;
  • Active search for innovative recruitment solutions, implementation and use of new tools to achieve goals and reach candidates;
  • Taking care of candidate experience solutions;
  • Employer Branding activity in the region (cooperation with local Universities, Career day, job fairs);
  • Coordination of onboarding processes;
  • Support employee queries by email;
  • Management of relations with employment agencies and the University.
You are a perfect candidate if:
  • You have min. 1 year experience with performing FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT;
  • HR subject is your passion and you track current trends in recruitment area;
  • Speaking Polish and English is non of the problem and even makes you smile; Russian will be additional asset;
  • You feel confident using Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT);
  • Creativity and willingness to implement innovative solutions are your strong sides;
  • Your actions are pro-active, you show independence and dynamism in your work.
