Are you passionate about covering end-to-end recruitment processes including innovative sourcing channels, new interviewing techniques, offer negotiation and complex communication with stakeholders?
Currently we are building new international team in Warsaw for our industrial client and looking for new colleague to cover EMEA region, as a Talent Acquisition Partner with English language


You will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Talent strategy: by demonstrating knowledge of business, local marketplace and recruitment trends
  • Recruitment: by covering overall recruitment processes from attracting candidates to hiring stage, using the best methods to find a right candidate on the market
  • Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
  • Stakeholder management: by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, HR Partner and other EMEA Team members
  • Employer Branding: by designing and following HR trends

Your Qualification for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally in international environment or RPO
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of positions
  • Fluent level of English is a must
  • Results oriented and able to build effective partnership and relationship with key stakeholders
