Specialist in Employee Experience & HR Transformation Team



As a Analyst in Employee Experience & HR Transformation Team together with other team members you”ll:

  • Drive a culture of continuous listening and improvement by gathering data, using  surveys and other tools,
  • Implement a detailed strategy and blueprint for transformation processes in HR,
  • Implement solutions that solve problems and add value to the business and HR,
  • Align HR technology  with the business priorities,
  • Improve HR processes and do the mapping of them,
  • Design of the effective and unique digital employee experience,
  • Act as PM during the transformation and transition projects within the HR area,
  • Be subject matter expert during HR transformation and transition projects as well as advisor in HR processes and technology.


  • Background in HR Transformation Consulting and/or projects,
  • Experience in mapping HR processes,
  • Experience with Workday system, 
  • Strong digital and data analysis skills,
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results,
  • The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges,
  • Background in automation of HR data reporting and analysis processes would be a serious advantage,
  • Previous Ex experience would be nice to have,
  • Fluency in English.
