Sales Trainee
Location: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
  • Step by step introduction of our sales organization and the connected strategies, processes and tools including
  • Development of an understanding for the sales markets, the contract management, price strategies and quality requirements
  • Getting familiar with all tasks and processes in the sales field and with our most important customers
  • Independent usage of supportive tools
  • Getting to know the core technologies and processes on site in our plants
  • Creating awareness of sales interfaces and cross-functional causal relationships with other departments
  • Contribution to product development and optimization projects together with the Sales Managers
  • Learning about the ALPLA success model in sustainability based on the “4 Rs” – reduce, reuse, recycle, replace – and our related worldwide know-how
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
  • Successfully finished academic career, preferably in the subject area of economical and/or sustainable engineering with a commercial background
  • First professional experience (e.g. internships in the sales & marketing field)
  • Distinctive communication skills, pro-activity and hands-on mentality
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to develop
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Fluent verbal and written Polish
  • Willingness to travel (midterm)
