The sales operations team is a new support hub within ManpowerGroup to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our sales support process, focusing on our clients" expectations and numerous activities as we interface with our business partners.

The sales operations team will be responsible for supporting the sales process end-to-end and assisting with the largest ManpowerGroup global customers through active work with global client directors and sales leaders from individual countries. The team will be also responsible for managing comprehensive multi-national tenders for services provided by ManpowerGroup. In addition, the team will be managing the presales and sales process during the whole lifecycle time of client engagement.

  • Min 1 year of experience as a reporting/ financial/ business analyst
  • Fluent knowledge of English - written and oral
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, graphs and charts)
  • Experience in working with international structures/ foreign stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge/ understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI - will be a plus
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Good organizational skills (deadlines meeting, time management)
  • Ability to effectively communicate data to coworkers
  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving attitude


  • Establishing an analysis model in order to check monthly financial reports
  • Identifying inconsistencies/large variances within a particular market/brand
  • Maintaining regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, creating templates and instructions and distributing them to the regions for data collection
  • Reviewing submitted data for accuracy/integrity
  • Creating visualizations/ client-facing reports basing on data
  • Building relationships with regional and country reporting contacts to enable a streamlined and accurate data collection process
  • Identifying process improvements and optimizations
  • Close cooperation with businesses across Europe
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
