This will be underpinned by the implementation of a CEE HR Coordinator role to accomplish our key strategic people passionate project pillars.
HR Team & CEE HR Manager
HR team consist of individual local persons who support the delivery of HR tasks, recruitment and obligation locally. However, enthusiastic experienced colleague is required to join the team.
It is a newly setup function at our CEE Division. You will have a challenging but exciting mandate to support CEE Entities and help to address HR challenges across the CEE.
The role offers a unique opportunity for career progression. You must act as individual leader, possess strong initiative, and come with a positive problem-solving mindset.
CEE HR Manager
The HR Manager will lead the deployment of HR projects/initiatives within CEE Division and will be responsible for rolling them over. The HR Manager will provide some functional and technical involvement in the design, and deployment of the projects.
In this role you will be working closely with the local HR and payroll people and vendors and all cross functional teams and CEE management to understand their needs capturing the project requirements, defining scope and managing delivery.
You will provide direction to other members of the team to ensure successful deployment in all regions.
You will work also very closely with the CEE management to drive successful outcomes and address complex challenges.
You will be responsible for the management & delivery of key pillars of people passionate project as below outlined areas with no limitation to those only.
That is clear you will be working on it together with local HR people.
