Product Owner (Revenue Assurance & Telco Fraud)
What will you do?


In this position, the Product Owner will be responsible for all aspects of Revenue Assurance & Telco Fraud coverage including margin assurance, limit monitoring and incident management.  This role requires a unique blend of business and technical skills. 


  • Improve current RA and Telco Fraud coverage
  • Define RA and Telco Fraud policies, procedures, and KPIs
  • Regularly Report on RA and Telco Fraud KPIs
  • Recommend fraud and revenue assurance actions for new products, services, telco infrastructure elements
  • Identify and manage revenue/margin leakage in terms of lost revenue/margin (process, technology, human errors)
  • Identify and control telco fraud in terms of costs (AIT, simboxing, PBX hacking)
  • Product owner key activities according to scrum related to development of RA and Telco Fraud tools and systems:
    • Defining the vision
    • Managing the product backlog
    • Prioritizing needs
    • Overseeing development stages
    • Anticipating key stakeholder needs
If you:
  • Have previous RA and Telco Fraud experience in telecommunication industry
  • Have knowledge of telecom revenue chain (network, mediation, billing)
  • Have knowledge of telecom billing domain
  • Have excellent time management and planning skills with experience of working under pressure
  • Focus on cooperation, group work and a great atmosphere while carrying out tasks in multi teams structure
  • Have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills across various levels in an organization
  • Have experience or at least willingness to work in agile/scrum – as we built the culture on our side right now
  • Are good at English (fluent preffered)
