Product Manager - Dynamic Packing

Your duties:
- Considering company and market dynamics, defining the scope and size of the dynamic package operation in terms of operation periods, destinations, product types and service components
- Implementing the dynamic package combination of services and products
- Planning and implementing pricing level and sale priorities of dynamic packages
- Assessment of prices and conditions offered by hotels and airline companies
- Distribution within the company the relevant information about the dynamic packages’ offices for sale / promotion / marketing and advertisement purposes
- Monitoring the ongoing operation, when necessary, solving the problems occurring before or during the service realization
- Enabling the dynamic packages sellable as making necessary definitions in tourism program and following up technical aspects of the system to have dynamic packages sellable in sale systems
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering / Economics / Analytics / Management
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Product / Destination Management in tour operation
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools, as well as a solid understanding of advanced analytics and decision making techniques
- Knowledge of market trends, best practices and emerging trends in the travel industry
- Analitical and negotioation skills
- Openness to business innovations
