Personal assistant to the manager with the Polish language

Job description
- Execution of various personal orders of the company owner.
- Conducting correspondence.
- Search for various information.
- Interaction with employees and contractors.
- Control of the contractors’ work.
- Managing the working calendar.
Requirements
- Be based in WARSAW.
- Knowledge of Polish language at the level of B1 or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant.
- Competent knowledge of the Ukrainian or/and Russian languages, spoken and written
- Developed emotional intelligence.
- Attention to detail.
- Speed and quick wit.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- German would be a huge plus.
