Key responsibilities:
  • Decision making in cases on all stages of dispute process according to associations, rules and regulations,
  • Control of chargeback passed to clients in a timely manner and in line with credit card regulations,
  • Preparing client correspondence related to retrieval requests and chargebacks in a timely manner,
  • Review of client documentation to ensure compliance with credit card regulations,
  • Proactive recognition of issues; looking for solutions and efficient escalation of problems.
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English (B2),
  • Accuracy and attention to details when working with documentation,
  • Analytical skills,
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn,
  • Effective time management to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
