About the position:

 

As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Expert  S/he will be responible in generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting supporting different markets, migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center. S/he will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. In her/his role will be responsible for workload planning and analysis. Manage projects related with significant potential in terms of efficiiency and analyticas provided to customers. S/he is be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center.

 

Main areas of responsibility:
  • Generating and analyzing reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets - these reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets
  • Implementing Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
  • Aiding Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests 
  • Enhancement and analytical projects management
  • Sharing and capturing the market knowledge, on-boarding of new members
  • Managing various projects within and cross functional
  • Providing nesessary support to CPM in decignated cluster of Markets
Requirements:
  • Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing basics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics
  • With 4-5 years relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center Experience or any related industry
  • Strong command of English Language (fluent oral and written)
  • Good communication skills - this person will be talking to Marketing Directors / SI managers
  • Managerial Skills

  • MS Office (Adbvanced Excel and PPT)
  • Power BI (Developer Background)
  • Automation / Macro / SAP /SQL would be an advantage
