We are looking for:

Key Accounts Office Director
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of Key Account Managers (daily team management, support and development)
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering created sales plans
  • Participating in negotiations with Key Accounts, including: presenting offers, preparing sales documentation in accordance with internal procedures, organizing meeting schedules and reporting
  • Coordinating the service implementation process in new Key Accounts’ commercial facilities
  • Improving internal processes and tools in order to increase general effectiveness
  • Daily management of Key Accounts - responding to their needs and future investment plans
  • Being responsible for local and international contracts
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Team management experience is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales & key account management (preferably in finance, telecommunications or IT sector)
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-orientated environment with excellent organizational skills
