The Internal Communication Manager is a key role at Polpharma Biologics, ensuring that all our team members are well-informed, aligned with the companys goals, and engaged with their work. This job is both operational and strategic, involving a mix of strong communication skills and the ability to understand and work towards the organizations objectives. The main aim is to keep everyone informed and motivated, and to promote a transparent and inclusive company culture.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key internal stakeholders and develop effective communication and relationship strategies, collaborating with senior leaders and teams.
  • Communication Strategies: Design and implement communication plans aligned with the companys goals, culture, and values to clarify changes and processes for employees.
  • Content Creation: Produce clear and engaging content for emails, the intranet, newsletters, and presentations, tailored to diverse company groups.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize the use of communication tools to ensure they reach and facilitate open discussions among all employees.
  • Feedback Collection: Establish methods to gather and analyze employee feedback on communications and the workplace, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Crisis Communication: Handle communications during crises or major changes to maintain clarity and accuracy, preserving morale.
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to maintain consistent messaging and support company-wide initiatives.
  • Culture Promotion: Enhance company culture through strategic communications, celebrating key achievements to foster community among employees.
If you have:
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level and Polish at a C2 level.
  • Previous experience of 7-10 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar roles is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms, including intranets and social media.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and senior management.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
