You will be a member of the EMEA Global HR team. You will support an HR Specialist in all daily HR– related duties (recruitment processes, on boarding, payroll etc.). It’s a position for a first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, assisting employees and managers with general HR questions via email, chat and phone. This role provides first level support to employees across the region, on a variety of HR-related topics, from policy and procedure to technology support.

HR Support Assistant - Asystent / Asystentka w dziale HR

Main tasks:
  • Supporting in a recruitment and on boarding process
  • Supporting in monthly payroll data input/ validation
  • Updating HR information in the HR global system and channels such as collaboration pages, intranet pages, My benefit platform
  • Respond to HR-related questions via multiple channels (e-mail, phone, chat, Webex)
  • Full personnel files audit and administration, including documents preparation
  • Create and define process improvements, focusing on its standardization
  • Assistance in other tasks in the HR area
