HR Analyst in Controlling Team
Your responsibilities
- Creation and analysis of the companys compensation and FTE dashboard and coordination with the local units
- Reporting on the most important HR-relevant KPIs at Group level, including Financials and ESG
- Assist in calculating local bonus level and target achievement ratios
- Analysis of HR efficiency/productivity rates and preparation of internal benchmarks
- Creation of concepts to strengthen HR controlling in Xella
- Ad-hoc analysis for the ExCom members on HR related financial topics
- Harmonize and standardize HR reporting along the group
- Define / Track and analyze HR related measures
Our requirements
- Degree in economics or comparable course of study
- Professional experience in controlling, (group) accounting, payroll, or auditing (at least 4 years)
- Experience in analyzing labor costs, FTEs, and other HR KPIs
- Affinity for database-driven work as well as high interest in analysis and presentation of analysis results
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good English
