W Polsce ISS działa od 1995 r. i zatrudnia ok. 2 000 pracowników na obiektach w całym kraju.

We are looking for employees to work at the helpdesk of an international organisations. It is not just any call centre. Our helpdesk is part of a broader project of integrated Facility Management services carried out for a client.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers with daily tasks related to corporate purchase system, for verification of validity of the requests and data completeness.

Most importantly, this project concerns internal support only, so your customers will be the employees of our Client, not individual consumers. Anyone who has dealt with a traditional call centre knows what a comfort that can be.

This is a completely new project. You will gain the opportunity to contribute to from the very beginning. You will have direct impact on your work environment. Your boss will be a manager experienced in creating and building Helpdesk areas.


Your responsibilities
  • Support for internal users and external clients in the use of the booking system (providing information related to the organization of meetings, training in the use of the system)
  • Registration of notifications and monitoring their status
  • Providing employees with information on the status of notifications and implementation stages
  • E-mail processing
Our requirements
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in a helpdesk or customer service work is welcome
  • Availability to work weekdays in 2 shifts, 8 hours per day, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
