Head of TCM
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Managing Director in HQ, manage all processes and employees within Technical and Commercial management team.
- Managing the day-to-day business in Technical and Commercial management team in Poland by leading and working closely with all asset management employees in the team
- Providing commercial and technical advice and managing contact with different parties
- Having direct HR responsibility for all asset management employees that are stationed in Poland and will lead the entire operations in TCM Poland in close cooperation with the process owners to ensure that we follow efficient and aligned processes in the different markets.
- Collaborating closely with the other OX2 business lines to ensure a strong and efficient cooperation between all departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in asset management of wind farms or PV
- Documented experience in wind energy industry or PV industry
- Background from commercial asset management is preferrable.
- Collaborative personality and customer orientation
- Delivery attitude
- Team leading experience
- Fluent in Polish and English
- High Education Degree
