Ensure efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services in designated zones, meeting Service Level Agreements. Maintain organizational management data and handle employee lifecycle events. Prepare contractual agreements and letters. Address employee data queries and provide administrative services. Conduct data quality controls, filing, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement.
- Oversee OM-related queries for accuracy and consistency, managing the organizational structure in SAP HR and other tools.
- Communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Prepare and validate contracts and letters using templates, maintain employee lifecycle events in HR/payroll systems, and update guidelines.
- Support employees with access to corporate systems.
- Handle standard employee data requests, notify relevant parties of changes, and provide reference documents.
- Generate data and reports, conduct data quality checks, and support process improvements.
- Coordinate with and maintain good relations with local P&C teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese is a must.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with SAP HR experience, in a multinational organization.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master).
- Teamwork, proactivity, intercultural sensitivity, flexibility.
- Attention to detail and openness.
- Knowledge of HR processes and data maintenance systems
- Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow.
