Job description:
  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues
  • Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes
  • Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards
  • Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1 level
  • Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information
Nice to have:
  • Polish language knowledge - B1 level
