Job description:
- Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues
- Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes
- Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards
- Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1 level
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information
Nice to have:
- Polish language knowledge - B1 level
