Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening the market, carrying out the first target clients for the agency on the Polish market;
  • B2B sales of marketing solutions (such as development of media strategies, DOOH retargeting, setting up and running Google / Meta advertising campaigns; SEO; SMM)) to target agency clients according to ICP;
  • Updating and developing the client base; sales development within the company’s existing potential customer base from CRM;
  • Interaction with the technical department to prepare digital / SMM strategies, SEO audits and media plans;
  • Organization and participation in all stages of b2b sales: preparing commercial proposals, holding meetings, working with objections, maintaining relevant document flow;
    meeting monthly KPIs;
  • Tracking market trends and competitor analysis.


  • Experience in successfully working and closing projects with high checks and long transaction cycles;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising field;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish long-term relationships with clients;
    knowledge of the local media and advertising market;
  • Having contacts and established connections in the market will be a significant advantage;
    fluency in English or Ukrainian/Belarusian to interact with the back office in Kazakhstan.
