Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Recommending and leading projects to implement new, optimize and/or change the existing compensation and benefits programs - based on employee satisfaction surveys, market trends and best practices, and in accordance with the companys   strategy in this regard
  • Creating recommendations, designing, implementing and leading programs to:
  • improve the organizational culture, 
  • attract qualified candidates,
  • motivate, retain, strengthen the sense of belonging, 
  • individualize the offer to Employees;
  • Establishing policies and processes for the companys benefit area, determining and updating regulations, procedures, instructions in this regard as well as effectively communicate and promote them within the organization;
  • Co-leading C&B processes such as salary review, bonus processes, performance management;
  • Administer and continuously improve C&B tools, especially dedicated SAP SF modules and benefit management tools;
  • Participate in and lead bidding processes for benefits, tools and services in the compensation and benefits area;
  • Establish processes and guidelines for ongoing cooperation with external C&B services providers. Monitor the standard and compliance of services provided with the agreed terms and conditions;
  • Designing, implementing and carrying out programs in the area of well-being and promoting work-life balance;

If you have:

  • University degree - preferable  human resource management or economics;
  • Ability to lead projects and implement new solutions (change management);
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices;
  • Understanding of financial processes related to HR costs;
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll and HRM systems;
  • Knowledge of modern HR tools;
  • Very good knowledge of the OFFICE package;
  • English language - advanced level;
