Business Intelligence Manager

The Head of Business Intelligence ensures the whole process of correct data set up in the system, defining the KPIs with the commercial organisation, creating a reporting structure and analysing the data to drive the business.


  • Leading of the Business Intelligence Team (SAP Specialist and Business Insight Analysts)
  • Working closely with senior leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into actionable insights
  • Align KPIs with the business and drive the business accordingly
  • define BI strategy on how to enable data-driven decision making and data access, as well as promote data analytics awareness across the organization
  • Analyze the success of strategic business decisions and report out and help organization staying on track
  • Managing and developing business reporting tools for use across the business, driving the overall ROI performance
  • Ensure to deliver all key information needed by the commercial teams to meet the businesses requirements
  • Analyse and improve the business by driving Growth and Margin
  • Develop and manage the process of tracking promotion success, improving promotional forecast accuracy across the business.
  • Analyse business requirements and support translating them into dashboards and KPIs
  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable
  • Relevant work experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards and analytic reporting
  • Strong math and English skills essential
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for a variety of audiences in English and being able to explain data and concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to provide reliable estimates on work to be executed and deliver on commitments
  • Experience working with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable
  • Ability to build strong relationships with members of the commercial team
  • Good understanding of business processes and good organizational skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented work
  • International experience and financial background of advantage
