About the Role:
EUonAIR, a prestigious European University Alliance – www.euonair.eu - focused on the integration of AI in education, research, and human mobility, with a special focus on return mobility, is seeking a Holistic Mobility Support Center Coordinator. The candidate will oversee the establishment and coordination of the Holistic Mobility Support Center (HMSC) – an inter-university body of the European University which will be embedded into EUonAIR’s virtual university (MyAI Campus), which plays a key role in facilitating international student and staff mobility within the EUonAIR alliance. Holistic Mobility Support Center will be a bridging unit between International Office and Career Office.
 
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to pursue a PhD within the EUonAIR framework or Post-doctoral Applied Path, specifically aligned with the alliances work in fostering AI-assisted mobility, return mobility programs, and the social, psychological, and economic aspects of human mobility. Furthermore, they will be part of the CRASH Center for Research on Social Change and Human Mobility of Kozminski University led by Professor Izabela Grabowska (www.izabelagrabowska.org), contributing to groundbreaking research on the impact of international mobility on human lives, careers, and societies.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the establishment and management of the EUonAIR Holistic Mobility Support Center.
  • Coordinate support services for mobility participants.
  • Prepare mobility materials for EUonAIR’s virtual campus.
  • Collaborate with EUonAIR Operational Office.
  • Implement and oversee the Return Mobility Assessment Unit, facilitating assessments of human capital, social capital, and psychological resources of mobility participants.
  • Collaborate with international partners across the EUonAIR Alliance to promote inclusive and high quality mobility experiences (physical, virtual, and blended mobility).
  • Support and facilitate the development of the War Migrants Education Mobility Integration & Return Empowerment Programme as part of the HMSC, specifically targeting vulnerable groups, including war migrants.
  • Implement and train partners from My Migration Assessment Dashboard (www.mymigration.academia), a tool designed to provide instant feedback and data collection on mobility experience.
  • Being a member and to contribute with applied research to the CRASH Center for Research on Social Change and Human Mobility of Kozminski University
  • Pathway to PhD or path of applied Post-doc: The candidate will have the opportunity to pursue a PhD or an Post-doctoral Applied Path related to international mobility, supported by research within the CRASH Center and backed by EUonAIR’s extensive resources and networks.
Qualifications:
  • A Master’s degree (and PhD) in Social Sciences, Education, Migration Studies, or a related field; candidates with a background in Artificial Intelligence, Psychology, or Economics are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in international mobility programs, university administration, and applied research.
  • Organizational and coordinating skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-institutional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills (English C1; Polish B2) and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of marginalized groups.
  • Passion for research and development in the area of human mobility and its societal impacts.
